Privacy Policy
The Elite Hub is a mentoring practice, not a marketing operation. We collect only what we need in order to reply to you, and we do not sell or share it.

Who we are
The Elite Hub is a premium English Language and Literature mentoring brand founded by Shabnam Khan, operating in India. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information We Collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. Specifically, when you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- Student name
- Parent name (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Curriculum of interest
- Grade or year (optional)
- Any message you choose to write
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking software on this website. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not collect information about you in the background as you browse.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you send us for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to have a conversation about mentoring for your child. In practice, this means:
- Replying to you by email or telephone
- Understanding your child’s curriculum, stage and goals so that we can recommend a suitable programme
- Arranging and conducting a consultation
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list without your asking.
Contact Form Submissions
When you submit the enquiry form, its contents are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service (see Third-Party Services below). The enquiry arrives in our inbox at contact@theelitehub.co.in and is read personally.
The form also contains a hidden field that is invisible to you but visible to automated bots. It exists purely to filter out spam. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded. This lets us protect the form without subjecting you to a CAPTCHA.
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if you become a student, for the duration of the mentoring relationship. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. We set no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, and we store nothing on your device to identify you or follow you across other websites.
Because we set no cookies, you will not find a cookie banner here. That is deliberate.
Data Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Enquiries are delivered to an email inbox that is password-protected and accessible only to The Elite Hub.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as financial or identity documents) through the enquiry form.
Third-Party Services
We keep third parties to a minimum. This website relies on the following:
Web3Forms
Enquiry form submissions are processed and delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The information you enter into the form passes through their service in order to reach us. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Google Fonts
The typefaces used on this website are served by Google Fonts. When your browser loads a page, it requests these fonts from Google, and in doing so your IP address is visible to Google. We do not control this and we receive no information from it.
Cloudflare Pages
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process standard technical request information as part of serving and protecting the site.
We do not use social media pixels, advertising networks or analytics providers.
Your Rights
You remain in control of the information you have shared with us. You may ask us to:
- Tell you what information about you we hold
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete the information we hold about you
- Stop contacting you
To exercise any of these, simply write to contact@theelitehub.co.in. We will respond within a reasonable period. If a student is a minor, a parent or guardian may make these requests on their behalf.
We handle personal information in a manner consistent with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
